2Stroke risk was calculated using the CHA2DS2-VASc score which allocates points to Congestive heart failure (1), Hypertension (1), Age 75 years or older (2), Diabetes mellitus (1), Stroke history (2), Vascular disease (1), Age 65–74 years (1), and Sex category (female) (1). Patients are considered at low risk of stroke when the score is 0 in men and 1 in women.
