BRUNSWICK, N.Y. — New York State Police in Brunswick recently arrested Anthony P. Derrico, 51, of Troy. Derrico was charged with felony second-degree possession of a forged instrument.
Derrico is accused of entering Walmart in Brunswick and attempting to make a purchase using a fraudulent $100.00 bill.
Derrico was taken into custody at the scene and transported to State Police barracks in Brunswick for processing. He was issued an appearance ticket for Brunswick Town Court on Sept. 1, 2021, at 5 p.m.
