No one does Christmas like the Kardashian family.
Every year, this famous bunch goes over the top with their holiday celebrations and now that the Christmas season is finally upon us, planning for their annual Christmas party has officially commenced.
Kardashian West’s home already looks like a winter wonderland
Kardashian West is getting into the holiday spirit by giving fans a sneak peek into her unconventional Christmas decorating.
On December 5, the reality star took to her Instagram Story to reveal her monochromatic and adorably whimsical Christmas trees that line the hallway of her and husband Kanye West’s minimalistic Hidden Hills home.
In a series of videos, Kardashian explained to her 153 millions followers that the different sized white trees were custom and were also used for the family’s 2018 Christmas Eve party.
“I love these. They’re so whimsical, like Whoville, but all white,” Kardashian West said, referencing the fictional town created by Dr. Seuss.
She then went on to show off her very large, yet beautifully decorated Christmas tree that featured the monochromatic scheme that dons the rest of her house.
While it doesn’t come as a surprise that Kardashian’s home is already decorated for Christmas, we can’t help but wonder if this was her way of revealing that she’s the host of this year’s family Christmas party?
With Kris Jenner having passed the torch to her daughter last year, the KKW mogul definitely knocked the celebration out of the park.
Aside from having her three-acre property covered in real snow and having every A-lister in attendance, the décor alone was out of this world and the event was a star-studded winter wonderland for sure!
However, seeing as though last year’s decorations are once again standing tall in Kardashian’s foyer, it doesn’t seem like she will be the one taking on the task of being this year’s Christmas Eve party host.
Not everyone wants her to host the family Christmas party this year
Although many people thought Kardashian West did an amazing job hosting the Kardashian Family Christmas party last year, one person thinks that this event should be left to Kris Jenner moving forward.
While speaking to E! News about the family’s plans for this year’s party, Kardashian’s BFF Jonathan Cheban didn’t have a problem being open and honest about what he wants to see at this year’s celebration.
“I love when Kris [Jenner] does it. It feels more real to me,” Jonathan shared.
Though he loves and supports his best friend in anything she does, Cheban joked that he didn’t attend last year’s festivities since he prefers celebrating the holiday season at the matriarch’s home.
“I skipped it, I was protesting,” he joked. “I think it should go back to Kris’ house. Kris is like Santa Clause. It’s got to be at her house.”
Nothing against Kardashian, Cheban just doesn’t like to stray away from his normal routine.
“I’m sorry. Yeah Kim goes over the top and it’s snowing and this and that, but you know what? At Kris’ we just knew what we were getting into,” he shared. “I knew that the thing with the fried hot dogs is gonna be there. I know that the deer will be there. I just know that somethings going on.”
While many of us are still in the dark on who will host this year’s affair, Cheban knows practically all of the details behind the upcoming celebration, but isn’t saying a word.
“I just found out last night,” he shared. “I don’t want to say because I don’t want to get uninvited, but I literally just asked last night. I’m like where is the party? Oh. No comment. I want to be on the good side, I don’t want to be on the bad list. I’m not naughty, Kris.”
