There is a theory Peter Weber of ‘The Bachelor’ is with a producer
A popular theory is that the pilot doesn’t end up with any of the contestants. Instead, he could be dating a producer named Julie LaPlaca.
A Reddit user wrote, “They spent New Years Eve together, with his family. Check her tagged pics, there’s a pic from his dad with her and their family at dinner.”
The post continued with, “In another tagged photo, a girl that she follows posted a pic of herself and Peter, but tagged Julie. The caption says something about ‘an unexpected ending indeed.'”
LaPlaca is also seen wearing a Seahawks hat in another Instagram picture, which happens to be Weber’s favorite team. This theory continued because the reality star was recently seen with LaPlaca at a winery with his mother.
Chris Harrison said there is an intimate relationship between them
The host talked about the theory on Access. He talked about what their relationship is like because of filming.
“Actually, I didn’t mean to do anything other than [show] the fact that we spend a lot time together, we travel the world together,” Harrison explained. “Julie, an amazing, talented, smart producer that works for us—works on the show, so she’s with Peter. And she’s with all of us.”
He added, “It’s an intimate relationship” and “You spend that much time together we all get close. Sometimes, those lines get blurred.”
This certainly wouldn’t be the first time something happened on the show involving a producer. Rozlyn Papa was accused of having a physical relationship with a producer of The Bachelor.
“She had a physical relationship with a producer on our show,” Harrison told People. “You cannot do that. There is no gray area … Other girls on the show saw it. The producer confessed more than once and to more than one person. I cannot make it any clearer.”
Harrison said it’s a horrifying idea
One person who wouldn’t be happy with Weber being with a producer is Harrison. He talked about the theory again with Entertainment Tonight.
“Julie is an amazing, talented producer. Far be it for me to ruin anything towards the end of the season. But… seems much ado about nothing to me,” said Harrison. “Unless I just don’t know, which is possible.”
The host called it a “horrifying” idea. “Clearly that’s not what we’re there to do. That’s not the story we’re trying to create,” he said. “I think it’s a wild story. But maybe it’s just crazy enough to be true!”
We still have Women Tell All and the season finale ahead of us. Things left off with Madison Prewett walking away. Victoria Fuller and Hannah Ann Sluss are the last women standing. Fans will have to wait and see if any of them gets the final rose.
